***January 5 - February 13, 2026** Resort splash pad and water slides will be closed for refurbishment The main swimming pool will remain open - No smoking or vaping of any kind - Guests must be 25+ in age unless accompanied by a parent or guardian - No pets allowed. In the event a pet or pets are brought onto the property, an additional cleaning fee may be charged to sanitize the home. - No parties - Resort quiet hours after 10pm, please be respectful of fellow vacationers - Ring doorbell security camera at front door - There is no United States Postal Service to this address - Travel insurance is recommended for all guests. Hurricane season is June 1st to November 1st. Refunds will default to online booking website policy. - Glass is not permitted around the pool due to safety risk and possible damage to pool and equipment There is an alarm on the sliding doors from the living room to the pool area. This will prevent children from entering the pool without a parent. The alarm does not contact the police or security.

House Rules

1. Smoking (or vaping) is NOT allowed in the unit. Smoking is allowed outside only. 2. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The Host has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, there is a limit to the number of any visitors at any one time (in addition to registered occupants) of eight (8). At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever, including but not limited to the use of the kitchen and showers. 3. The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Any guest using the bunk beds and attached tube slide does so at their own risk. 4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 5. We allow children with the following stipulations: - Guests are responsible for any and all necessary 'baby proofing'. - Children under age 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times. 6. Three vehicles are allowed per unit in the resort. One guest vehicle is allowed in the designated driveway. Two other vehicles can park in the parking lot located behind the townhome. 7. No pets are allowed. 8. There is no daily housekeeping or maintenance service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. 9. Resort quiet hours are after 10pm, please be courteous to fellow resort guests.

What an incredible stay! Our boys absolutely LOVED their amazing Star Wars bedroom, which really helped us to feel like we were still part of the “Disney bubble” but with so much more room and comfort than sharing a single hotel room. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. There are such thoughtful Star Wars details throughout. The private plunge pool was amazing and such a great way to cool off in the evening or spend a rest day. Brooke was super friendly with every interaction. We thought the price was an absolute steal for what we got. We can’t imagine a better stay for our family’s trip to Disney!

Brooke’s home is the perfect alternative to a Disney hotel if you’re looking for amenities. The Star Wars theme was perfect. We particularly enjoyed the safety and privacy provided by the gated community. We would stay here again.

My family had a wonderful stay. This is our third stay at Windsor Hills in general, which is an awesome community. This stay was as great as any prior. House was as pictured, private pool was clean. Star Wars theme was so cool. My two daughters loved the bunk bed and the slide! We felt right at home, beds and couches were comfy. Community is about a 10 mins drive to Disney. This trip we visited Universal, which was about 30 mins easy drive. Thank you again for helping make wonderful family memories.

This was a great house. The girls loved the bunk beds and the slide in the bedroom. The parents room was very comfortable. The pools were very popular with our family also. Would definitely stay here again
