Your two story Galactic Escape consists of 3 Bedrooms, 3 Full Bathrooms. This home is sure to make your Central Florida vacation out of this world! Your accommodations will consist of: - Bedroom 1 - King bed, en suite full bathroom - Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, en suite full bathroom with walk-in shower - Bedroom 3 - EPIC Queen spaceship bunk beds, en suite full bathroom, life-sized droid, tube slide! - Heated and screened splash pool The villa comes equipped with the following convenience items: - New black stainless steel appliances - Keurig Duo coffee maker - Toaster - Pots and pans, plates, glasses, utensils and more! - Free Cable/Chromecast/Roku in every room - Clean bedding and linens - Keyless entry - Free WiFi - Board games and puzzles available - Washer and dryer in unit You will also find the following rations upon arrival: - Roll of Toilet paper in each bathroom - Kcups and coffee filters - Dishwasher pods and dish soap - Laundry detergent pods

Other Details to Note

- No smoking or vaping of any kind - Guests must be 25+ in age unless accompanied by a parent or guardian - No pets allowed. In the event a pet or pets are brought onto the property, an additional cleaning fee may be charged to sanitize the home. - No parties - Resort quiet hours after 10pm, please be respectful of fellow vacationers - Ring doorbell security camera at front door - There is no United States Postal Service to this address - Travel insurance is recommended for all guests. Hurricane season is June 1st to November 1st. Refunds will default to online booking website policy. - Glass is not permitted around the pool due to safety risk and possible damage to pool and equipment - Resort water slides have a 42 inch height requirement There is an alarm on the sliding doors from the living room to the pool area. This will prevent children from entering the pool without a parent. The alarm does not contact the police or security.

House Rules

1. Smoking (or vaping) is NOT allowed in the unit. Smoking is allowed outside only. 2. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The Host has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, there is a limit to the number of any visitors at any one time (in addition to registered occupants) of eight (8). At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever, including but not limited to the use of the kitchen and showers. 3. The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Any guest using the bunk beds and attached tube slide does so at their own risk. 4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 5. We allow children with the following stipulations: - Guests are responsible for any and all necessary 'baby proofing'. - Children under age 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times. 6. Three vehicles are allowed per unit in the resort. One guest vehicle is allowed in the designated driveway. Two other vehicles can park in the parking lot located behind the townhome. 7. No pets are allowed. 8. There is no daily housekeeping or maintenance service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. 9. Resort quiet hours are after 10pm, please be courteous to fellow resort guests.

Brooke's place was fantastic. Great place in good proximity to everything. The little water park/pool on site is also super cool. My kid loved the star wars room and won't stop talking about it. Highly recommend

My twins absolutely loved the slide bunk bed and the private pool in the back. It was perfect for a nice cool off after busy days at the parks. Appreciated the abundance of towels both inside and for the pools. Property was lovely as well and incredibly convenient.

Spectacular Airbnb! Very close to Disney theme parks! There were also many shops & restaurants nearby. My kids loved the pool with the water slides so much that they asked to go back to this Airbnb next time we visit Disney!

This was the perfect house for our Disney vacation. The kids loved the slide and staying in the bunk beds. The house had everything we needed with plenty of room. Brooke was so responsive and friendly. The house was close to all the parks and convenient to grocery stores and shopping. The backyard splash pad and the resort pool were perfect and the kids loved both. Will definitely stay again!

We had a great stay! Our kids loved the Star Wars room and the private pool. Having a kitchen to prepare meals was a great time and money saver as well! The community was very safe and secure and we loved being able to walk to the community pool and game room. Would highly recommend staying here!

Brooke was extremely kind during our stay constantly communicating whenever a problem happened she was already fixing it She was extremely accommodating and very flexible with our large family of 6 we felt safe and were very happy with our stay If ever we find ourselves in Orlando again we will definitely be coming back

Great place to stay! Specially if going to the parks most of them 13 min drive, worth the price, comfortable, lots of amenities and brooke is a great host and responsive to our needs, this place is highly recommended, will stay again.

We stayed at Brooke’s place for 8 days and it was amazing. The place is clean, beautifully decorated and very safe. Our children had a great time in the private pool, they also loved the Star Wars room with a slide and bunker bed. Brooke always replied to our questions quickly. We will be coming back soon!
